A visitor writes on October 30, 2009: "I took my 15 year old son to this farm at 2 pm on a Friday. Even though we rode the hayride out to the pumpkin fields with mostly toddlers, we still has a great time. There is plenty to do, areas to sit, picnic, etc, and the pumpkins are a fixed price (rather than "by the pound") and very reasonable. The evening "haunts" are apparently quite frightening, and we intend to go back for those....but the hayride was well worth the $3. We also stopped at Springdale Farms and Johnsons Farm in the same area, and this was our pick by a mile. Very friendly, reasonably priced...a great family time!"
